This explains what Esteban Garcia collects about you, who else handles it, and what you can ask for.
Who runs this site
This site, Esteban Garcia (https://estebantest.psite.app), is a psite, published with the Unstoppable Trio Engine. A psite comes in two kinds, which decide who runs the server it lives on:
- psite-lite is hosted for its owner on psite.app, on infrastructure the psite service operates.
- psite-full runs on its own server, operated by its owner or by us on the owner's behalf. It can live at its own domain, such as example.com, or at a subdomain of another psite's domain, such as maria.example.com.
The owner decides what this site publishes and answers for it. A site at a subdomain is run by its own owner and is a separate site from the one above it: sharing a domain name does not mean sharing visitors, accounts, messages or this policy. Read the policy at the address you are actually visiting.
What this site collects
Just by visiting. This site sets no cookies for visitors, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and asks no one to create an account. Like any web server, the network in front of it sees your IP address and the pages you request, and may keep ordinary operational logs.
Pictures and video come from Google. The site's images and video are stored in Google Drive, and your browser loads them directly from Google. Google therefore sees your IP address and browser details when a page loads them, under Google's privacy policy.
Messages between psites. This site can connect to other psites and exchange messages with them. A message travels to the other psite in a request signed with this site's key, and is stored by both. Only the owner reads this site's inbox. A connection must be accepted before messages are delivered, and can be blocked.
Who else handles your data
- Google supplies the pictures and video, as above.
- Cloudflare runs the network and servers this site is served from, and so processes the requests that reach it, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
This site does not sell your data and does not share it with advertisers.
How long it is kept
Visiting leaves nothing on the site itself. Operational logs are kept by the infrastructure providers above, on their own schedules.
Your rights
You can ask the owner at esteban@psite-devnet.pages.dev what they hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, such as complaining to a data-protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children. A site hosted for a school or other organisation is run by that organisation, which is responsible for its own members.
Changes
This policy changes when the site's behaviour does. The date at the top is when it last did.
